Turbo Redline, 2 525+whp Subarus, 600's, and CBR1000rr (VIDEO)

Here is a little video I put together of some of the runs from the past few weeks. The blue 02 WRX is my good friend's that we put together last winter and street tuned it. The gray 04 STi is a very similar setup but with ported 2.5 heads and slightly lower compression ratio, made 526whp on 26 lbs on the dyno last fall. The CBR1000rr needs some more seat time, and we will re run on higher boost. He had a GSX-R 1000 before this bike, so not sure why his first shift is a little slow, should be used to it by now. The 600's are also some friends that have been wanting to run for a while, and I believe they both just have exhaust and a power commander.

I have some more runs set up soon, as always, so enjoy

It is nasty. Even back on the stock motor and HTA68 on E85 it ran 11.9 @115 on 25 lbs, dyno'd 380whp on 26 lbs and we ran it on 30 lbs for about 3 months before pulling the motor out for the built one and bigger turbo.

Well when we ran it was like 2 am and had been cloudy and cool all day so traction was even worse than normal from 40 Still as soon as I got to 3rd I was hooking and stopped his pull, started reeling him in and he got well into 6th and let off, I was just reaching for 5th as you can hear. About 10 more mph I would have came around him, but we were hauling. We wanted to see which car was faster on the same boost level from both speeds for fun.

His is only 1.5 lb/min smaller, but he has much shorter gears and his powerband seems to flatten out a little more than mine. He was pretty well into 6th and I was just grabbing for 5th, but it helps him take off like a rocket lol. He also has the 03 JDM trans with no DCCD controller, so its in 70/30 RWD bias as it sits, and it helps him on the top end compared to most subarus.

ah yeah. that makes sense. I forgot he had the JDM trans so 30/70 is nice.
