My 18x9 +40 Black Fast Rennen's will be delivered tomorrow. Under $1000CDN to my door for custom drilled wheels is pretty decent. Fast is actually offering the 18x9 +40 in 5x110 on their site now. You're welcome Cobalt owners!

I will be ordering 255/35/18 Invo's this week.

I kinda want a set now but I'm sure they'd require quite a bit more work to fit 255 tires not to mention if they'd clear Brembos.

They should clear Brembo's with ease. I may be getting the ZZP BBK soon.

As far as fender work goes, I will keep you posted. At +40 and the 255's being a smaller diameter (just under 25"), I don't foresee having to do any fender work with my suspension setup. I'm on Progress springs with a 3/8" shim under the rears for a little extra fender clearance. I may need to run a 5mm spacer up front to clear the spring perches, but I don't think so.

I'm impressed with the quality of the finish on these! My crappy camera doesn't do them justice. They have a decent amount of concavity. These give me the look of Forgestar F14's (which I have been wanting to buy for the past few years), but they saved me about $1500. That money will be spent on tires and brakes.

I had 245/45/18's on my LSJ with sportlines and they would just barely rub the struts on the front without spacers. It surprised me but I just put on some spacers and called it a day even though I don't like the idea of having spacers.

Okay let me know your thoughts on this, R comp autocross tires go from 225/40/18 to 245/35/18 so if I got the 245's mounted them on PF01's would I be good? Really a shot in the dark and I'll probably just do it, have spacers I can install to make them work too.

WHEELS: Stern ST-11 18X8.5 +35
TIRES: Nitto NT555 245/40/18

If you're worried about the twisties, but for the purpose of a straight line and/or mild DDing, 245's on the SS/TC wheels are fine. They offer ample amounts of traction with what has been even wear so far for me.

The wheels look gunmetal, but they are dark grey with a shitton of very fine silver flake in them (custom powdercoat). Looks gunmetal in the shade, but stripper glittery in the sun (only up close).

EDIT: Forgot to mention that my camber plates are maxed neg, and my knuckles are maxed positive with camber bolts in the top. Still have to get it aligned, but my measurements/math come out to -1* +-.1*
