Gauging Interest: Enkei RPF1 wheels in 5X110 bolt pattern

Hello all,

As many of you know GM decided to pick one of the least-common bolt patterns in the game for us. The result of this is that we are limited to an extremely small range of wheels that we can purchase, let alone that look good in the first place. Of course you can always swap hubs to 5X114.3 but that takes a lot of money, time, and in the end you have to buy the wheels on top of that anyways.

I'm working with OAKOS Automotive (OAKOS - WRX, STi, EVO 8/9/X, S2000, Forester XT & More Performance Parts), a well-known supplier of Subaru aftermarket parts and RPF1 wheels to various automobiles, to gain interest on RPF1 wheels in a limited production run for the 5X110 bolt pattern. My contact at OAKOS has called Enkei International and confirmed that this is possible and they are willing to produce them if enough interest is expressed.

A similar idea was expressed by a member on the Focus ST forum as their cars have the 5X108 bolt pattern and no RPF1 wheel was available for them either. By reaching out to OAKOS, forum member "mykrrrr" was able to gauge interest which eventually led to OAKOS doing a limited production run of wheels in a special 5X108 bolt pattern for them. The wheels are currently finishing up shipping and should be arriving at OAKOS tomorrow, I'll be sure to update with pictures.

Enkei GB? - PF01 or RPF1

GROUP BUY | Official RPF1 18x8.5, 40mm, 5x108 MATTE BRONZE Group Buy | OAKOS.com

The terms of the group buy will be explained more by employees of OAKOS when the time comes but for now this is a thread to see just how interested our community is. From what I gather, they need a minimum of 10 people committed to buy for this to work.

Moderators: OAKOS is more than willing to become a paying vendor if enough interest is shown and the group buy is set in motion.

In short: Please post below (And pick a size in the poll above) to express interest in RPF1 wheels for the 5X110 bolt pattern and state what size (17" or 18") and color you prefer. From this information, OAKOS will provide us offsets and specs relating to the wheel with the most interest.

UPDATE: Gold and silver are a lower dollar amount. Bronze, gunmetal and black are mid-range price. The SBC is a higher price. Bronze and gunmetal are OAKOS exclusive colors for RPF1 in various sizes.

Thank you for your time,

-Nathan

Bronze: OAKOS exclusive color

Gunmetal: OAKOS exclusive color

I'd be interested in prices. Maybe in some dent and scratches too or something. Definitely would polish them more than likely. If not, I can always buy a standard set and strip them down...

As a rough estimate, the Focus ST group (Using the mid-range bronze price) came out to be this with free shipping to the lower 48:

Group Buy Wheel Specs:
Enkei RPF1 18x8.5", 40mm, 5x108 Matte Bronze *Limited Edition* $1314.00 MSRP, GB Price $1241.00

I knew the 17" vs 18" debate would come into play hah.

Maybe if we have enough interest for both wheels, OAKOS would allow a 17" and 18" group so both are happy?

Just a thought but we will see what OAKOS has to say about that matter.

I want to be able to put some serious tires on the car for the road course. 17's on this car for the normal owner is too small.

Probably won't happen but if it does you can count me down for a set of Bronze RPF01s 18 or 17, don't care.

i'd be interested in 18s, bronze or gold or sbc

i'd prefer 9.5 wide but 8.5 will be fine as long as the offset is proper & clears Brembos.
