Hankook Ventus S1 Noble2

SO what do you guys think about the Hankook Ventus S1 Noble2 for my 2009 Cobalt SS? I am currently living in PA and need some decent winter tires but don't want to spend money on new tires to just turn around and spend more money on tires in the summer. Are these good all around tires?

I currently have Ventus V12 and they are somewhat derivable in the snow/ice but I feel like all season tires will help more more. Has anyone had experience with these S1 Nobles?

Also, what sizes are you guys running (I have the stock 2009 SS wheels).

The ventus V12's are summer tires (I had them).... do not drive them in the winter.

If I ever drove my car in the winter (which I don't), I would invest in some dedicated snow tires.

The Noble2 is a pretty good value for the money, see our test results here !

Just get winter tires on cheaper rims that fit. No matter how good the all season tire is, winter tires will always be safer. If the all season is more geared towards winter it will suck in the summer and visa versa.

Coming from someone that lives just north of you in buffalo, I wouldn't drive my car in the winter with out snow tires.
