What are the opinions on YOKOHAMA YK580 225/45R18XL?
They have a 45,000 mile warranty, 580-Threadwear rating, A-Traction, A-Temperature, W-Speed Rating, and stated to be Fuel Efficient
Found they run $146.00-$152.00ea
OPINIONS? SEEMS TO BE GOOD FOR A DAILY DRIVER THAT IS GOING TO BE YEAR ROUND; TO ME ANYWAYS, AND THERES NO SNOW HERE. JUST RAIN, BUT BARELY ANY RAIN. MOSTLY DUST.

Can't speak to the Kelly and Yokohama tire mentioned, but there is a ton of options in 225/40R18. Best recommendation I can give is first decide if you need all season capability or not, and after that look at our survey results and test data to go from there.

225/40/18 Yokohama Avid ENVigor
or
225/40/18 Continental ExtremeContact DWS
Right now I'm running 225/40/18 Pirelli PZero Nero's and I love them, they grip very well. Although I've heard they wear down quickly. I'm on close to 11 months with them and they are still above 60% tread.

Just installed a set of Ohtsu 225/45/18 on my ss/sc. Only $300 shipped and the reviews looked good. So far they are very quiet and even ok in light snow. Haven't had the opportunity to try out the dry traction yet.
