I have 2 bent rims with 4 month old tires I have a really bad vibration when driving. I need to know if I replace the 2 bad rims will I also need to buy 2 new tires too or will the tires I already have be fine?

Look at your tires. Do they have uneven wear or holes in them? Are the sidewalls thin from the wobble of the bent rim? If these answers are "no", you don't need new tires.

A tire shop would be able to tell you after they remove it.

+1^

It is possible that whatever bent your rim also damaged the tire, so they should be looked at when they are removed. You don't want to chance a safety item like a tire.
