tvalentino, that's one hot sedan! Possibly the best looking I've seen thusfar. I was gonna say you shoulda got sportlines, but with the bodykit, the pro-kit made more sense after I thought about it. Nice work!

haha yeah I hear ya on being broke. Im 20 with a halfway decent job trying to make it on my own. My rents are two states down. I also hear ya on scraping. When my 19"s were on (they'll be back on soon I hope!) my car sat a bit higher. But I had to put my stock 17"s back on when I bent my 19", and it sits a good bit lower. I actually scraped a speedbump and hacked up the bottom of my sideskirts a little bit. Owell, shes no show car.......shes a daily driver in the purest form! But yeah, Sportlines are badass. Good drop and even better ride quality!

to your questions.......

yes and yes

The SSC springs drop it the same amount as sportlines, and my 19"s w/ a 35 profile tire have no rubbing issues at all with my Sportlines. Also, 19"s look much better IMO. I originally had 18" Enkei WDMs on my SS and ended up selling them and replacing them with 19" Axis Mods.

It is not the wheels that throw the speedo off. Its the tires and wheels as a combo. Since the 19s are bigger then a stock wheel, you get a lower profile tire to make up the differance. All in all it ends up being very close to the same tall measurments. Thus not throwing off the speedo. There is a place you can enter the stock wheel size and tire size, then put in what size wheels your putting on and what tire. Will show how much of a differance in speedo and size.

I thought about doing gold on my white SS. However, the guy I live with has an '06 STI with the stock gold wheels, so I quickly grew tired of looking at a white car with gold wheels as I see his car everyday, lol. I say go for it, very few have done gold wheels on a 'balt thus far. And trust me, its a lot easier to find a 19" 4x100 wheel than it is to find a 19" 5x110 wheel. My 19"s are custom drilled.

Deathscythe, those will look sick. I can't wait for another meet come spring. My SS will be back on 19"s, my headlights/tailights will be smoked, and ill hopefully have a few more suspension bits + a nice tune!
