So I went to paint my ss/sc rims today and when I went to apply the primer after getting the powdercoat sanded off and I got all of these deep cracks. I know this means the paint isnt adhearing my question is how do I get it to stick? I plan on sanding all of the primer off tomorrow and starting from scratch

 

Bump any ideas?

 

self etching primer.... and make sure you clean them well with dishsoap afterwards to remove all oils and grime
