Querstion about new rims...
Looking at a set of XXR 522 and they come in 17x8, 17x9, and 18x8.5. They come in more sizes but those are the ones Im looking at. Backspacing ranges from 0/+25.
Im on 18's right now, but Im thinking about going down to 17's, flushing the wheels and dropping the car lower. My question is, which wheel size would fit best and what offset should I be looking at?
I'm kind of a n00b when it comes it stancing a car, so I'm looking for a little bit of help here.

The lower the offset, the farther the wheel sticks out (ie, +35 will sit outwards more than +42).
That being said, my XXR's are 18x8.5, +35, and that puts them pretty much flush. Maybe a couple mm of poke.
