Tire plug

How close to side wall can/shouldn't you put a plug in tire? That's the nail in my tire.

If it's past the shoulder don't plug it, which it is. I'd replace the tire

It's a 2008 Sport it doesn't approach the speeds or conditions of the sc/tc versions. If I get desperate I will throw a plug in it but will have to get a price on new ones. Thanks for the help.

I just hit a pothole 2 weeks ago and my passenger front tire blew out. The tires are alittle over a year old... probably only 4k miles on them. The painted yellow and green stripes are still on the treads. **** you, your 3 year old tires, and your nail.
