what color to paint rims
 

So i got the SS/SC 18's for my SS/NA which is white. Im not sure what to paint the rims so im going to make a poll :guns:

black or gold

Anything but black. Hell, I'd say leave 'em gunmetal but I'm assuming they're in rough shape which is why you want to paint them.

I say go with a metallic black/white lips and lots of clear coats...just MO. Also make sure you order the color matched white paint for your car. It would be extremely aggravating to spend all that time and effort only to have different shades of white. You won't be able to pull it off unless it's color matched and you take your time to do it right the first time.

yeah i know, is there like a rattle can that i can get that is matching? I was also thinking about putting a clear coat on thats a enamel, would that work good?

all white? lol on a white car that might look good, or maybe a white face with black lip?

Don't do totally flat black. It will look like crap real quick. At least do satin, but black is getting SO played out.

what about gloss black and a different color for the lip? like if you have painted calipers match the lip to that color. idk just an idea

i was thinking black face with a gold lip with gold calipers but idk it might be too much lol

use the duplicolor mirage if u wanna be different, saw it on a valve cover and supercharger last night on an ss/sc looked so good
