wheel offset help

I am getting some 19 inch rims but I don't know what offset I need. Tirerack suggests +45mm offset. I found other rims that are still 4x100 bolt pattern but they are listed as 43mm offset. Will these mount up? Will they stick out or suck in? Should I stick with the 45mm offset that tirerack suggests? I just am not sure. Thanks for the help!

Ok so from what I found 2mm of offset won't make hardly any difference.
