ZZP catalytic converters
I was just curious. I am planning on going with zzp for my lsj build. But do the zzp cats meet emissions requirements in all states?

as long as you don't throw a code, it doesn't matter. but their cat i'm pretty sure is 100% legal
|
i swapped my downpipe to their 2.5" catted, and i have a p0420 code
|
sucks lol. i think it depends on each car... i never had a CEL for my cat for a few months before a tune and didn't get a cat code until after i supercharged. now i just dgaf lol
|

So far CELs. Knock on wood. Sound great once its nice and hot. There is a little rattle when I back up from an incline, but other than that nothing outrageous.
|
Get tuned.

I haven't had any issues and I put mine on over a year ago. Passed NY inspection with no issues.

Our cats are not CA legal.

CARB certified cats are stupidly expensive. Price for a DP would probably double if not triple in price.

Following up. I installed the combo a few weeks back. No problems. The cel was from a dirty connector. The cat works beautifully. Thanks ZZP!
