Cobalt turbo swap mini build

Hey guys, so i just got a hahn stage 5 turbo swap for my lsj cobalt. I got it from a guy that never put it on since he sold his balt. No i am pretty mechanically inclined but havent dealt with many turbo systems and the installation instructions arent very detailed.

So thats the reason why i made this thread. Hopefully you guys can guide me though some glitches i have on the way.

Here is my cobalt as it stands

And here are some parts for the turbo swap:

I already for the 2.4 tensioner and 2.2 belt, would the turbo from the zzp website for the turbo swap lsj be good?

here is the link to it:

Remove S/C and any related parts.
Remove exhaust manifold and DP
Change tensioner, belt, and alternator.
Install turbo ****.
Tune.
Boost the **** away to outer space.
Replace trans and repeat.

soo oil pan is at the shop getting a fitting put in for the oil return line. Dont want to use the hahn method trough the drain plug cause i heard it leaks. Picked up new studs and bolts for the exhaust header cause some are rusted. PCM is at hahn getting the tune so i can drive it around for a while

She's almost done. Waiting for the PCM to come back from Hahn and missing a silicone coupler.

so cars running well, except there all this white crap all over the ground which sucks. It needs a tune tho. The a/f ratio bounces quite alot at idle but pulls strong.

Got a new clutch for it, since the stock one is still in it. Got a ACT 6 puck clutch kit from HopnDude here on the forum.

Looking to get a boost controller. What do you guys recommend?

Spend the money on one that you can tune in boost by gear.

Not necessarily saying buy this one, but it is one that offers such feature.
