I forsee lots more power seperation between the Trifecta and HPT tunes now, especially with the bigger turbo guys.

so does this put hptuners ahead of trifecta stock turbo wise? or just e85 and big turbo wise?

equal? i always thought hptuners had an edge against trifecta. this is of course stock turbo wise. a intake/downpipe/hptune vs intake/downpipe/trifecta.

looks like its time to throw on my ported intake mani and throttle body and go to area47 for a retune

I always thought trifecta had the advantage because they've had the fuel tables for what seems like forever. I think the only thing trifecta has over HP now is selectable tune/hide a tune. Feel free to correct me if im wrong.

they can also boost more, not that its that much of an advantage since hptuners can get the same whp out of less boost

Trifecta can boost more? Always thought they could get the same

More boost doesnt always equal more power

of course the trifecta guys wont understand unless they are a tuner, this basically means we have more tables to work off of. Like wastegate duty cycle, and fuel pressure for higher boost levels. Basically what trifecta had hptuners now has but us hp tuner users can have more fun and experiment lol

LOL, basically HPT released all the stuff Trifecta had control over that HPT didn't have access to. Thus why people were having to buy a Trifecta layer tune and then Tuning HPT over it.
Now they don't have to do that anymore, it gives HPT tuners the exact same control Vince at Trifecta had over certain tables.

So instead of one person controlling certain parameters that no one else had, all the HPT tuners will have access to those tables now.
