sub 3000 rpm yes; but I believe that has to do w/ the silicon 90* couplers in place of aluminum ones. My 90* couplers at idle are being sucked on rly hard

This is my fourth time returning to this dyno fyi...

this dyno is telling the truth...

timing is the same, fueling is the same... nothing changed other than the air to air intake manifold, piping & front mount...

Probably worse losses as a percentage of power being produced. Positive displacement blowers don't work very well on setups such as this when you add a lot of extra volume between the blower discharge and the cylinder head. If your liquid-to-air setup is heat soaking or can't remove enough heat I could see a giant air-to-air intercooler cooling the charge better but IATs alone don't tell the whole story. You have to look at the density of the intake charge and pressure drop that occurs when switching to that type of setup.

You rly believe 2.5 pipe or a m62 on my current 2" intercooler piping is going to magically make back 50 horses? Save your pennies man and have euthanasia port a head for you.

@casey: im swapping back to the ported lower mani this friday. Jr is going to do a little smoothing to the inlet and v of the mp90.
