Question New 08 driving other prices lower..?

With the announcement of the '08 Turbocharged, making the SC and the LT/LS bit older models now. Will this bring down the price on them, making the SC prices closer to the LT's for used and taking the LT's even lower? Not really sure if this is logical or not but is just a thought that went through...

I really don't see the SS/SC's going much lower than they already have . My reasoning is that they didn't make a ton of them and that they are a great bang for the buck when buying used . I doubt you will see them sell for LT/LS prices anytime soon.

hard to say what will happen. the ss/sc being a 3 year only car and not a very large amount of them made, value in years to come could go up. it all depends on how successfull the ss/tc is.

at 22k intro price brand new, and roughly 18k 2yrs used...they're not going to drop fast

now if it was 60k and a new model came out...ya it would drop like a rock, but its already so cheap

will never happen.

as far as the price dropping, people have a hard time selling a loaded cobalt for 13-15 k with low mileage, how much more can it drop

Hmmm. I think I see a cobalt SC in my future as a toy and keep my LS for a DD.
