LDK intake manifold - black, lightly ported.

$90 shipped in the US

So as you see it's painted black. It isn't show quality but it'll do for a daily. The porting isn't super-mega-perfect obviously. It's all hand done. The port shapes have not been altered. Runner port openings are roughly 1-1.2mm wider than stock and .2-.4mm taller than stock. That's how bad the stock pitting is. Stock runners were pretty different sizes across the 4 ports. This is just something I did because I was bored and had the tools to do it.

The same guy asked me several times on CL what performance gains were. I don't have an LNF. I can't tell you. BYT is the first who did this and noticed, "better mid range and better throttle response." But to be honest you are paying used prices for a new manifold, so who cares what the gains are?

So we are confirming this bolts to LNF engine or this is only for those with LDK swaps?

LNF and LDK manifold is the exact same for mounting. The 3bar map sensor hole is different though.

With how dead this site has become I'm sure it'll still be here for a while. I'm giving it a few weeks before I melt it.

What is different? What is needed to make the sensor fit? And I'm assuming a tune is necessary after installing this?

A different O-ring. ZZP told me it's a fuel injector O-ring. If I recall correctly I think I measured the MAP hole as 12 or 12.5mm. Doubt a tune is absolutely necessary but would optimize the manifold.

Boop. Surely someone wants this. I also have a plain aluminum one if you don't like the black. It's missing the throttle body seal but I can steal the one from the black manifold if anyone prefers a stock looking mani.

I want this bad, just embarrassed I money allocated elsewhere for the next month....

Getting my cable back this week, going with a new tuner (im seeing idling issues and 2-2.5 degrees knock some days, and running rich)

Wifes birthday is next week too...Who knows how much ill get hosed for, and I have got to buy snow tires soon. im keeping an eye on this though! GLWS
