i have a cai, ingalls, stage 2, 2.9 pulley, smoked tails, tinted windows, debaged, halo's on the way. i'm thinking more performance though.

 

EXHAUST!!!! Magnaflow all the way. Sounds so good. lol. I just got mine put on yesterday.

 

i do want exhaust, but i don't want it to be to loud, or sound like a fart can.
i'm not saying yours does though.

I hear you on that. I was worried about the same thing. I think there is a thread with sound clips of the different exhausts. And the Magnaflow isn't too loud. Corsa on the other hand...

 

Agreed! I have it and i have yet to hear one on this car that i like better! It has a really deep tone for being a 4cyl.

 

its it deeper than the gmpp touring?.

 

You should invest in CA 1" traction bars and eliminate your wheel hop.

As for exhaust, go custom and yo'll save yourself quite a bit of money. 2.5" from the cat back is perfect for your setup.

 

if u want an open exhaust withouth the "fartcan" noise take the resy out

 

my wheel hop isn't to bad, the ingalls made quite a difference.

Yea, a real deep tone like right around 3500 rpm.

Yea, it does cause there is a guy that goes to a car show I go to with GMPP and it is more high pitched and a little more ricey sounding.

Didn't on mine too much. I can still hear the whine.

I doubt that... But my blower is ported/polished so if its gonna drown it out.... Well it would be suuuuper ricey

 

I think he has the performace exhaust. And his exhaust tip sticks out past the rear cut out like 2 inches. Talk about ugly.

 

Roll out of a dig at 3k and see what happens. Highly recommend the bars, plus they strengthen the control arms. 99.9% no wheel hop is better than 80%

 

How much are these bars that you speak of? And are you talking about bwoody?
