stock/winter tire HELP ASAP

whats the lowest size rimz i can put on the cobalt ss sc for winter tires?? And is winter tires important when the avg is -15 here rite now during most of the weeks and whats the coldest i can use those tires in?? Cus if it's not after reading all those posts on the tires they come with and winter im thinking of driving it in winter with the tires i have but aint sure yet.

I have 16's on mine with Dunlop Graspic DS-2's (215/60-16)and they work awesome here in good ol' Buffalo, NY. I wouldn't go any lower than 16's. It'll mess with your speedometer

hmm interesting but wat about the stock tires that you receive rite now...are they any good @ all for the weather over there??

The stock tires... Pirelli P-Zero's 215/45-18's. I didn't want to take a chance. The Pirelli's are a Summer Only tire. You can drive with them in the winter but your traction will suck.
