Hey I recently bought a set of all seasons and put them on my balt. I have the old tires with less then 2000 miles on them sitting sideways in one of my closets. is this OK for storage or is there a particular way to do it?

That is how I have my 18" Alloys but I did clean the rim and tire prior to storing them then put a coat of tire spray (No Armoural unless you hate the tires)

That should be good. Maybe rotate them once a week or so, just to be safe, since the bottom will have the most weight on it.

I always stored my tires stacked on a pallet in the basement... where it's nice and warm.
Put them back on the Pinto (yes, Pinto :OP) in the spring and they seemed to be fine.

I offered a simple answer and elaborated that the rims could be cleaned at the same time. I did not need a stupid reply from some other "MEMBER"
