Short version I changed to one stage colder plugs after I got stage 2, pulled them after trying multiple gaps and found them to be too cold to be needed and I was getting knock everywhere.

So I then went to NGK BKR6E plugs gapped at .035 same gap and heat range as my stock ngk platinum plugs and I now only have knock above 13psi, I find it hard to believe that a simple plug change to a material thats "supposed" to be better cant take the same timing as my platinum plugs if not even more?
