Getting shocked almost every time from car door
Getting shocked almost every time from car door
Well lately I have been getting these static shocks from my car door as I get out of my car and touch the metal side of the door. I thought "hey, maybe since the humidity is down that's why I'm getting shocked" but thats not the case. The other day I was shocked through a semi-thick sweatshirt and you felt it. I have noticed that my front driver door speaker sounds muffled and does not sound as clear as the other speakers.
Are the shocks and speakers somehow related?

hahahahahahaha... you and me both. It's science man, get used to it.
I don't think the pseakers and the shocks are related. i don't have the speaker problem, but my g/f definitely laughs at me every time I get out of the car because without fail I get zapped.

But these are like static shock x 2. But anyways on to my next question, the speakers sounds god awe full muffled, but you still can hear from it. I have never put the music on past 3/4 volume. Is it under warranty?
Guys make sure you get that "shock" taken car of before pumping any fuel. A girl died a few years back because of that in Arkansas. She started her pump, sat back down and when she got back out of the car to check it she didnt shut her door and when she touched the car close to the fuel door it sparked a fire. I know im sounding corney but this does happen.
