Header ?

Im getting ready to order my header and downpipe. im going with the zzp mid length header and downpipe. I was wondering what options i should go with. Im running a gm Stage 2. maybe with the 2.9 havent bought yet but probably will. i have a cai and im going to go with the ark n2 cat back i also have h/e and a dual pass.
the options are 1.5 or 1 3/4 high temp painted or ceramic coating
i am going with the high flow cat
the next option is the dp 2.5 0r 3.0 i know which ever one i get it has to have a 2.5 exit for my cat back.im not sure what the diferance between weld in and bolt in
last is the the o2 bung not sure if i need it or not but they have one for wide band and bung and plug but im not sure what either one well let me do. i was also wondering if the ceramic coating is worth the money its not a big deal just curious.

If you have a SS/SC get the 1 3/4 primaries. I went with the 3" catless DP, I am running stage 2 and a 2.9. If you think the coating is worth it, get it. I didnt think the coating was worth the extra cash so I didnt get it. If you want to run a windband gauge get the extra 02 bung. If you dont want to run a gauge dont get a extra 02 bung. You can get a 3" exit on the DP if you want to run a 3" catback.
