getting off badge glue
getting off badge glue
well i debadge my car last night and i can not get the glue off that held the bowtie.. and it aggrevating me. my finger are like chapped from picking at it. try goo gone didn't work and i dont want to scratch or mess up the paint. any idea or easier ways?
heat it up with a blow dryer, i mean real hot almost burning you fingers, then it should peel off. then use 3M all purpose adhesive remover on a rag. let it sit about 30 seconds and wipe off. repeat if necessary
i debadged yesterday,
and the bowtie is a BIG BIT*h to get off, i used fishing linem but no luck, so i yank'd it off, but I got all that plastic adhesiveness off by pulling it off, then goo gone, and spray detail wax,
haha, i got creative too,
my car says only "bolt" not......i really wanna position a siliva emblem on there, lookin all sexy-like.

is you go to a parts store that has auto body supplies they make something called a stripe eraser, You put it on a drill and it takes off all the gles in a few sec's and it doesnt wreck the paint or your fingers
