Your base model 2.2l cobalt dyno'd 115hp?

Seen any other dyno's of them?

I'd kill myself if my car only Dyno'd 115 WHP. Personally I'd kill the stoner, then myself for wasting my own money!

115 is about what I would expect to see from a base model for wheel HP. Remember, the advertised HP is at the crank, not at the wheels. So if you put the car on a chassis dyno you will see less power. That's in range with the normal 15% loss from the driveline from HP at the crankshaft to HP at the tires.

It's definitely possible that you were only getting 115 to the wheels. I know a couple people with the 2.2 Eco Cavis and that was right around what they were putting down stock. One was an auto and one was a manual, the manual had higher hp numbers.
