yah bro you need to use soap and water after the wet sand, let it dry paint 3-4 coats to your liking, then clear coat 2-3 coats and it will be shiny

last coat has to be heavy to get the gloss, you cant go light on the last. The clear should make it glossier
I learned after i only got an eggshell finish with clear

what you need to do now its wet sand it and get your orange peel out and then wash them with soap and water and put some clear on it and it should shine up
