Where to put new gauges?

I just oreder some of the auto meter cobalt series gauges. I bought the D pic gauge, the digital Air/Fuel gauge, and a mechanical boost gauge. Any of you guys have any good ideas on mounting them? I was thinking of doing a 3 gauge pod on the center dash above the AC vents. But I don't really just want to stick a cheap looking black 3 gauge pod up there. I was thinking maybe a shop could make me like a gloss red one to match the car out of fiberglass or plastic. What do you think? I considered maybe trying to do a custom A pillar like MP5 posted in the how to section, but I would need 4 pods, and I don't want to put that many on the A pillar. Just wondering what you guys think? Any ideas are welcome! Once I get the mechanical boost gauge up, I am going to replace the stock boost gauge with the Aeroforce interceptor gauge, so the stock pod will be in use too.

Remove the AC vents and put them there, make a hole on the sides for air to pass through
