2007 SWC Volume buttons

So I've been having this major issue with my SWC buttons. The volume buttons only work when they want to. Sometime if I hit volume down, it mutes. Sometimes, it will change the radio station. My radio station up button hardly ever goes up, usually just goes down. Still have stock H/U. Anyone else had any kind of problem like this?

my headunit, display a phone like i was on a call with onstar, i dont have onstar, it killed the battery and would stay on everytime the battery was hooked up, they replaced the bcm and that didnt fix it, so they put in a new headunit and it works fine, nothing like that though. if its an 07 warranty that **** lol.

I am kind of having the same problems. When I push the volume up, it will go up a bit and then go down. Or it will change to a different channel, or mute. It is quite erratic. Time for some warranty work!!!

Mine does the same thing. Every now and then, it works like new. But then it'll start being gay again.

It has to be something with the head unit because everything is controlled inside of it. The steering wheel controls plug into the head unit directly (I believe....not 100% sure), so I would think it would be somewhere in that system that is where the problem is.

100% warranty if you ask me.

Will probably take it in and have them check it out next oil change. Only problem is, when I think about letting them take a look at it, it never acts up...
