well i just got an older cynic td and i was wondering how to adjust it to make it firmer. iinstalled as the other guy had it and most hop is gone. i just wanted to make it a little firmer to see if i can get rid of the rest. here are some pics.

nobody knows?? i know to loosen the big nut thats against the body. and thats all i really know.
