How much does it cost to get the sunroof/windshield resealed?

Yesterday at a carwash I had MAD water running my car through the sunroof (closed) and on the passenger side rear right where the coat hanger hook is. I think i need my sunroof and rear windshield sealed properly. Anyone know about what this runs?

Do you park under trees a lot? If you do the drains for your sunroof could be plugged causing water backing up and then splashing over your headliner. thats an easy fix you just need an air blower and a compressor. stick it in the hole and blow the dirt out of the drain holes.

I'd lower the headliner and water test it to see where it's coming from before jumping to conclusions. You may need a new sunroof module or it might just be that the drain tubes are clogged. Check the black sealant at the sunroof modules drain tube connector/nipple. Mine leaked pretty bad, so I replaced it under warranty. You on the otherhand could get away with just sealing it up with good RTV or silicone sealant. It may also need an adjustment, but I doubt it. Blow the drain tubes out with compressed air while you have access.
