Spart tire jack??

So I got a flat and went to change the tire on my 2006 pursuit se. When I went to get the spare tire jack it wasnt there. That was a pain to say the least. I bought my car used so now thats its gone I have to replace it. I called the dealer and they said it would be like $160 is that normal???

The dealer is saying I bought it used they cant do anything so i would buy one if someone has one they wont use because i have had it like 3 months and I already got a flat. I could go buy a cheap one from walmart or canadian tire but would it sit under the cover and stay hidden or would it be to big?
