anybody went stg 1 to stg 2

Well I took the cobalt to the dealer for a wiper motor going out and they found 2400 dollars worth of warranty work that needed done including injectors. So I was like hey...how about you hook me up with the stage 1 injectors and knock some cash off. Well I had to pay for a reflash anyway so I got the stage 1 injectors for 75 bucks. Well car has a lot more pickup for sure. Well I ordered a 2.9 and I got everything else coming ...belt and hub. Was just wondering if me adding this is gonna be like a big difference at all. I wanted to go just straight to stage 2 buy Gm wanted like 785 at that dealer. Anybody else get this done and notice a huge difference?

Stage 1 to 2 is a nice improvement , i bought stage1 then bought a used stage kit pulley and hub . The flash is the same so it's pretty easy to do , and definetly worth the time and effort.

I'm need a reflash from 1 to 2? I mean did the car feel completely different? Or was it like minor acceleration?

the stage 1 and 2 reflash is exactly the same.
you're on a stock pulley (3.34")
stage 2 is 3.1"
the 2.9" pulley you got is like .4 inches smaller, so thats roughly 4psi.
there will be a significant improvement.

You will feel a nice jump. That is what I did, i bought a "stage 1 kit" on ebay for cheap, installed the injectors myself and took the car down to the dealer to get flashed and then installed a 2.9" about a month later, it was a nice improvement.
