you will not need the ecu reflash, the pcm they send you should be good to go. but i would get it tuned down the road though. just to ensure that your getting the most out of your car.

thanks guys finally a reply...any place that does a dyno tune can reflash my ECU...i assume i can't take it to the dealer to get them to retune the ECU?...i thought i was good to go but i am makin sure i have all the angles covered b4 i buy something

no the dealer will not tune your car, you will have to find someone that will do the tuning for ya. most performance shops do tuning. what your going to get with the zzp kit is a new pcm, and you will just have to swap it out for your stock one. plug and play man

wat good is the wideband exactly...FYI here's current mods, Injen CAI, poly trans mounts, Tenzo Springs, ASA wheels (no performance gained :( ) lol....DC Sports catback 2.5 ..i kno i needa finish my exhaust an i'm plannin on gettin a heat exchanger as well...wat good would a wideband do me if i cant tune myself? an noone within an hour tunes either so hence the reason i'm buyin the pcm so i can go back to stock for warranty also

aem is the wideband i run... and i love it. i also bought the CA dual gauge pod and so that i could run the stock boost gauge, and then the AEM wideband.
the wideband will tell you how rich or lean your running, and with a canned tune, thats not a bad idea. if you see it spike lean, get off of it.

yea i'll have to get wideband eventually then...i'm prolly gettin a zzp downpipe anyway so i'll get the bung put in...i trust zzp isnt gunna kill my engine tho....i've not heard any bad things about them so i'll give em a try an test em out in there goodness...hehe
