Getting weapon r intake today cant wait!

i ordered my weapon r intake on thurs comin in today for 250 bucks it better be good
did some research on its supposed to give an extra gain of 3-5 hp in comparrison to the other intakes.

You are going to enjoy the intake. I have a Weapon-R on my '04 Redline and I love it. Awesome sound from the SC and an increase in throttle response throughout the gears. Good choice for an intake.

yeah that intake is nice, alot of people just dont like the high price tag on it so they go with the cheaper intakes like injen , which is what i did, this weapon r looks like its got alot of r and d into it though, should sound great as well

little suggestion if you install it yourself, remove the plastic engine cover first... makes it easier to get around and see things.

its real easy to remove if you havent allready, just remove your oil cap first, and then pull straight up with one hand on the top left, and the other on the bottom right.

i paid $230 for my injen $20 more isnt a high price tag, id be kicking myself in the ass if the weapon r is better then the injen.

agreed, they both boast the same gains but the injen has the option for cai or sri. someone should arrange trying both and going for a dyno run, i am really interested in which one gives the better gains.
