P0325 & no power After Dual Pass,
I recently did the Dual Pass install myself (the drill and weld in method). For some reason now, I am maxing out at 10 or 12.5 psi (2.8" pulley). Right about when I leave vacuum and enter boost my car starts to jerk like the clutch is slipping in the middle of WOT, but I know it isn't the clutch.
Coolant is flowing WAY faster past the little surge column that mounts on the S/C so I know the IAT2 temps should not be a cause (though I don't have HPT or an Interceptor to verify). The injectors were never removed and are still seated well. I tried the ton of soap and water but that was only effective for checking for leaks at the top of the S/C and manifold.
Could I have a boost leak? Is the computer bypassing boost for some reason?
-The boost rises steadily to max without a drop in psi and stays at its max.
-I had two instances of P0325: Knock Sensor (KS) Performance -PCM
Any ideas? I have the torque of a Honda right now and its killing me

id say you have air trapped in the intercooler system causing high charge temps. most guys dont have much luck with the dual pass without going with the surge tank (option b).
So you think my IAT2 are through the roof?
I just ran out there and felt one of the brass fittings of the IC system....cold to the touch after driving around a while. Sounds plausible

Yeah I was pretty careful. The code doesn't throw immediately when I start up. It seems after a little while. I am still seeing air bubbles in the coolant flow. Would a faulty knock sensor cause this much of a drop in power?
I opened up the bleeder on the H/E and nothing but coolant came out. I am so lost at this point. Maybe I should invest in an interceptor to check my IAT2 and KR.
I noticed when I have ran around for a little while the coolant in the little column is down pretty low. When I open it up to fill it back up the liquid shoots up to full so that I can't. <sigh>. I also noticed quite a bit of little air bubbles. Are any of you seeing this?

I solved the problem. There was an air bubble in there somewhere. My guess was its in the intake manifold. I stuck the water hose to flow down into the little column sealed with my hand and then removed the screw on top of the H/E. I heard a decent amount of air coming out. Top end is much better now
