2.2l/2.4l cobalt/ion procharger system

Im selling the procharger system after finding out that its not big enough for the power goals for the 2.0l. So, its for sale very cheap for the parts and its going for the 2.2l or 2.4l.
Kit will make 15 psi boost at the end of rpm and will make about 220 whp under lower boost pressure.

Im going to start a new procharger project very soon with a P1sc in a redline. So as far as parts:
C1 head unit
C1 bracket
3" intake system
Boost pressure pipes
Front Mount Intercooler with brackets
Reinforced silicone couplers and T-clamps
Pro-Flow bypass/blow off valve
All hardware for install

Just tune and go system. If you need tuning for the 2.2l I can work that out with an smt-6 system and additional injector.

Im selling the system for 2800 plus shipping! To give you an idea the head unit by its self is 2499.00. So im giving it away so we can get started on the new project and so someone that has no boost will have boost. LOL

Ill try and post pics but you can check it out at the procharger thread also.

No, it made 268 whp but the boost level need for more hp on the 2.0l will overspin the blower.

Heres a running video I dont have pics yet so you can watch the video and see the parts.

Its a supercharger because it is belt driven. It has a compressor like a turbo though. It has a higher efficiency than a roots style blower, but it doesn't have peak boost until redline. (It builds as the RPM's increase)

As he said. It will make about 5 psi before 4k so it works well on n/a cars!

I'm interested, but need to gather up some more info before call'n dibs. I doubt it matters if I use an automatic, but need to check on installation times and if there's a place near me.

honestly the install could be done by yourself there's a writeup on the speed mafia site for the ion installation it's very similar you'd just need to get tuned

Sportlines on already. ASA JH8s with BFG KDWII's, TTR rear sway bar, TTR Solid motor mount, Poly Trans inserts, AEM CAI, CA Shorty, 2.5" Cat, GMPP Touring, #32 inj, tune

Clutch is what gets fried when we start pushing too much power...and then there's the 24 pound flywheel...

The stock brakes on these cars suck ass and *****.
