Video Stage 2 CAI ONLY

For those of you who are wondering what a Cobalt SS/SC S2 with a K&N intake sounds like here you go. Those are the only mods... I started from a coast... at about 5-7 mph. Didn't shift quick either, it was just to show the sound in 2nd gear... Forgive me for the dirty car... I was bored and it was a nice day out...

Let the bashing begin... cause I know someone will have something negative to say...

I don't think it is, if you listen you can hear the tires squeal both times when I shift into second...

I'd take it in ASAP. Maybe they'll warrant you but I highly doubt it. You really can't shift into 2nd while the tires are spinning like that though. If you have traction at the top of 1st and then bang 2nd, the clutch will grab everytime. Try it if you don't believe me. Also if you search theres a video on here about that as well.

They'll claim it's a wear and tear item, or they'll say you were racing it and / or don't know how to drive. It's been tried so many times on this forum, most people just end up upgrading theirs anyway. If you get lucky you'll get the dealer to cover labor.

I'll deal with it, right now its not bad at all, and like you said I will let the tires stop spinning in 1st before I shift. Once my warranty is up I'll go ahead and upgrade clutch, tune pulley H.E. exhaust and all the other goodies. But not till my waranty in up... I f'in love this car no matter what....

If you have traction in 1st when you go to shift 2nd it'll grab just fine. I can spin the 1-2 shift everytime (and yes its the tires spinning and not the clutch, I can feel/hear them).

First off, I WASN'T trying to shift quick, or even hard, I was simply doing a flyby in second gear to show the sound of the charger....

You should show me how to shift with that big bad LS...
