Corsa, well worth the money, had it for 2 years, and it still looks the same as the day i put it on. Still puts a smile on my face everytime i get on it.

My experience with Pacesetter is that they are a major budget brand meant to save money......but not necessarily the best quality. In my opinion, the Magnaflow catback is one of the best quality (all stainless steel piping with polished muffler and resonator) catbacks available for the Cobalt/G5 and it sounds great too!

Are you in lower mainland BC? If you are, instead of going to a parts store like Lordco, go to a real performance parts dealer like Mopac Auto Supply........MUCH better pricing........you probably already know that, I just thought it might be worth mentioning.

I didn't like my buddy's car with the Hahn, it sounds good when you were WOT, sounded kinda buzzy all the rest of the time. Magnaflow sounds like ass, GMPP/Borla is the best I've heard so far, and it used to be cheaper, now not so much.

best performing = any 2.5" or 3". they all sound like ass and give almost the same gains.

Honestly that's the first time I've ever heard someone hating the Magnaflow system. Why do you think it sounds bad?

I disagree, the GMPP exhausts are not that loud.

Hahn is running a good deal though, and I believe his is a 3". There's a clip on youtube I think of a full Hahn exhaust on an SSSC. Sounds pretty good..

I've heard it on 2-3 cars, driven one around for a while. Sounds like total rice, buzzy, raspy, perfect exhaust for a 16yr old kid coming out of a stock honda with a fartcan. I'm a v8 guy, I don't want buzz in my exhaust.

Mine. Deep, burbly tone. Popping on deceleration. VERY DEEP tone at idle. Zero rasp. It is a bit loud though. You have to hear it in person.. I have yet to hear a better sounding exhaust lol.

Megan 2.5" catback piping with 2.5" stainless oval muffler.

I don't think you heard the catback bud.......You've just heard just a Magnaflow muffler with who knows what else and no resonator....not the catback. The Magnaflow catback has no buzzy sound (I HATE that sound) and zero rasp. I used to have a 5.0L Mustang with heads/cam/intake going through 2 1/2" dual Flowmasters.......so I know what a good V8 exhaust sounds like too. Personally, I like the Magnaflow catback on my 2.4L because it's NOT raspy, buzzy, rice sounding. Mine is very deep and mellow.

I have 2 (two) Magnaflow mufflers on my 2.4 (dual outlet) & I love the sounds of mine. They pop & gurgle around 3,000 RPMS and everything else is pure sex!
