Stock radio crap?

Hey guys, ive had my cobalt for a few weeks now and love the car, except the paint but thats being fixed. For the most part i listen to cd's but theres times where i listen to he radio if i get bored with my cd's which has brought me to this problem.

No matter what radio station it is, the sound fades in and out frequently with it, like its losing the signal and then it comes back. Ive never had this issue on any of my other cars and this being the newest car i have owned, is really dissapointing to me that i cant even listen to a radio station without it constantly fading in and out.

Has anyone else had this problem with theirs? way to fix it? or is it a warranty issue?

so not at different speeds or anything???
if it is at different speeds you prob have the auto vol button, its on the front of the stereo, middle section i believe (dont have a pic here) should say auto on it...
otherwise, try tigheting the antenna on the back and then if all else fails you can just pull the trim on the dash, unscrew the stereo to get behind it..and make sure the antenna connection is tight back there too....
ooooooorrrrrrrrrrrr take it to the dealer and have it all warrantied

if it was on auto volume, when he played cds it would change also........ I hate the auto volume, but my ex would always turn it on, so it'd **** me off if I drove after she did
