At the Track!

Hey Guys,

Yesturday we all (my family and a few friends) decided we were goin to head up to Lowville/Wattsburg (Just south of Erie, PA) for alil Test and Tune. If anyone has been there yah know its not the best track around but it helps get the idea, anyways here some results from yesturday:

Right now my girlfriend is at work so i gotta wait till she gets home so i can scan the actual Time slips (i dont own a scanner), but anyways here are my best numbers (i'm not the best driver )

Reaction - .9988 (.500 Light)
60 Ft - 2.399
ET @ 594 FT - 8.74
1/8 ET - 9.314
1/8 MPH - 79.51
1/4 ET - 14.19
1/4 MPH - 102.27

Anyways thats my best timeslip... avg reaction time for the day was around .650-.700 but this one i fubar'd good

anyways my brother finally took his prostreet 1969 camaro up and got his first full 1/4 mile pass, even though he had to feather the throttle abit from 1/8th to 1/4 mile he still pulled off a 10.10 .... not bad for the first track apperance for his car. hopefully after some more test and tune at a real track (I.e. - Quaker City or Norwalk) should be in low 9's or high 8's

definitely take a look at your slip. Cause your 60ft. wasn't even below a 2.0 I can gaurantee that. lol. But other than that, that's a decent pass. Your car has some healthy top end. 23mph in the back half is good. Could be because of the spray though.

Actually its 20+ on a 10lb bottle... my brother has run Nitrous (all brands NOS, NX, etc) and has found that Nitrous Express gets you the best "Hit"... but back on subject.... i have done about 20+ 1/8th mile passes (Flashlight drags at Clarion, PA) and i had about 1/3 of a bottle left and i still have some left from yesturday so i'd say anywhere from 15 to 20 full 1/4 mile passes....

but thats just my observation
