You can get the bumper from any Chevrolet dealership and the springs from tirerack.com

the best bet it going to buy it brand new online or at a dealer.
rarely anyone sells their ss kits unless it was salvageable from an accident.
check ebay regularly different ss bumpers come up on there every so often
