Questions

I bought a 2008 SS and was wonder what does your Manuals look like?? They just handed me a whole bunch of books and no special "SS" binder or nothing. All it says 2008 Cobalt.

Also my dumb ass didn't relize I bought a non-LSD SS. How much would it cost for them to put one in??? $495???

your right on the lsd price...in the manual it has general cobalt info... and anything related to the ss has a special little paragraph...installing the lsd would probably not be cheap...but worth it...

when i asked for mine that is the one thing that i specifically wanted the rest was just a bonus...
6 disc...moon...and all that

I just bought it 4 days ago. You think that they will still do it?

Now I have a list of things that needs to be fix and didn't notice it till I washed my car and started to detail it. Also in higher RPMs it doesn't want to shift to 3rd. Doesn't grind but feels like it is blocked. I know that GM Offers a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee or my money back so I will push the subjects that I thought that LSD was standard and I have a list of Items that needs fix on top of that.

What makes you think a satisfaction guarantee applies to your oversight on options?

Not just that but 3rd will not go in. The back panel for the back window is warped looking and half way off. Looks like I have one Hail ding on it. The liquid looking weather striping on the back windsheild some is on the paint. Maybe LSD overlooked but seeing that there is more than just that should have been fixed. I was told after I bought it that the service left with all the Cobalt SS for 30 mins and thats how 46 miles is already on there when I bought it.

I had it when I first had the car where I couldn't hit 3rd on the 2>3 WOT shift. (or rather, I couldn't get it to shift) I'm more used to it now and don't miss it. You just have to use a little more force and give it a little more time.
