Well im getting sick of how ugly the tan roof is in our black interiored cars and how ugly the pillars look and tan so i was wondering how hard is it to paint the interior roof and pillars and what paint should i use and how many cans.

not that though, use fabric paint for the roof and regular auto paint for the pillars

why don't you find a headliner out of a G5 or something... I think that they had a black headliner... unless the one I sat in had its fabric painted or dyed.

Something to look into.

Duplicolor

Duplicolor Vinyl and Fabric Spraypaint works great, got em for 5 bucks a can on sale at Walmart. I did the pillars and headliner with it, prob took 3-4 cans.

I bought like 8, they even searched the closest 5 walmarts to my city and got more shipped for the same sale price. I later found them at Napa for $14.99 a can.............

The pic makes it look alot lighter then it actually is. I also don't have my sunroof trim there, i redid it black too, and touched up the pieces on the mirror arm.

Good luck.

I toke a wet lint-less rag and cleaned the surface then let dry and did as little coats as I could 1 at a time.
