Best place to get engine

I'm thinking of getting a 2008 turbo engine & drop it in my 2007 LT & I have a few questions...

Is this even worth doing?
Whats the best place to pickup an engine other than the obvious dealer & junkyard?

I'm trying to find a fast way to get my car to 240+ hp. I've thought about & have a few posts on a supercharged/turbocharged 2.2L but have not seen anything that makes this "easy"...

I appreciate your input.

CrateEngineDepot.com.

order a new LNF when they become availabel. if you want to spend that kind of miney, you should have bought an SS to begin with.

I just checked the LNF motor from the dealer is 5400 that includes the turbo of course, then you need to buy the ECM if that would even work with the 07 so that means you would need to buy the harness and then the F35 and the drive axles which are made by saab, so is it worth it NO

Trade in the car for a SS/TC. You're just asking for headaches if you're going to do it yourself.
