Decisions Decisions

Pleast no Smart Remarks or Being a A$$. Im so stressed right now its not even funny. I cant think clearly so if I missed something then ask if I have it cause I cant think right now.

I need help deciding what to do. I have an 2007 SS/SC. Upgrades are 60's 2.8, H/E, Headers back, CAI, Stage 3 Exedy, Wideband and Tune. Stage 2 Axles and Drag Radials (not installed) thats all my preformance mods. The car keeps haveing little problems here and there. I dont think the tune is spot on, but im not skilled enuff to get it exaclty right I dont think. Because I dont understand the whole thing about VE tables and MAF I do know AFR and what some DTC codes mean. My Delima. I LOVE SPEED!! like the rest of us, I DO go to the track not street. I saving up for a street bike.

1. Should I return the Cobalt Stock and hope for no more problems? Get the bike for my speed?

2. Should I Pay a Pro tuner 60 bucks and hour to dyno tune it? Delay getting the bike?

3. Figure out some way to tune it myself? (I have hp tuners)

Please strighten me out.....

I would go option 2, but first see if you can get an estimate of how long the tune would take. If it is going to be too expensive I would go to option 1.

Check the emissions fuse under the hood. I bet its blown. Replace it, clear the codes, and see what happens.

I don't know about on here but on the redline forums there's a pretty good in depth how to on tuning using hp tuners. Do that first, if it doesn't turn out well go to the tuner. I'd say delay getting the bike depending on where you live...if you can use it year round (southwest or southeast (mostly)) get it now don't deny yourself the enjoyment of a sport bike, if you live where it snows just wait till next may or so and buy a better bike with the money you saved.
