I had my CAI installed but he didn't put in the final pipe because there was a warning about using it in moist climates saying that water could get into the engine. Would this really happen that easily or is it ok for me to install it?

Also, just get an Injen Hydrofilter or K&N Prefilter. They will block the wets.

 

its fine to put it on. Just watch out for massive potholes on rainy days. It's got to be like torrential downpour or your driving through a lake like stated lol.

Normal rain shouldn't matter.
