FS: iPod Integration Kit - 2007+ Cobalts, G5

I am selling an iPod Integration kit to control your iPod through the stereo controls on your steering wheel and stereo. SOLD! Exactly what I purchased it for (used). I am looking to make no money on this deal. I can't use it so I want to get rid of it.

This kit will work for:

2007-2008 Cobalts
2008+ Malibus
2007+ Auras
2006+ Solstices
2007+ Skys
2006+ HHR

Basically if you have the black-faced stock stereo, it will hook up in the back of the stereo where the XM radio plug goes in. If you have XM Radio, this integration kit still works because it has an adapter. If you do not have XM Radio, it will still work. This has been tested and worked in a 2007 Cobalt SS/SC with the black faced stereo and XML Radio.

It connects your iPod through the dock connector (at the bottom of the iPod) to allow you to control the iPod through the stereo controls and on the steering wheel. It will also display the song information on the display of the stereo.

Here are the installation instructions and pictures. To remove your stereo, go here.

The whole kit:

The adapter:

Front of the adapter:

Back of the adapter:

The iPod connector:

Wiring:

You plug the femail ends of the black plugs into the radio harness. Then the male ends of the black plugs into the radio. The white end goes into the adapter, along with the round end of the iPod connector. Finally the blue and yellow wires get connected to the XML radio control module.

For another explanation, go here.

Please PM me with offers and post with questions.

I bought it from "cobalt blue" on CSS.net and it was 100% working in his car.
