Get a GM shop manual, it will be your best friend

PS - Look at the Turbo Tech Racing Rear 1.0" (25.4 MM) rear sway bar, it is 66% stronger than the Progress which is only 22MM...

I have some good advice - take it to a shop.

Seriously, you'll spend more on tools than you will on labor.

BIG ADVICE!!!! replace your clutch slave cylinder while you are down there.... I didn't do mine the first time and had to spend another grand on JUST LABOR to get it done right..... all you do is use another factory one but the other one will go out on you.....

^ Agreed. I've heard many horror stories about people who didn't replace their slave cyls when they had the chance and later regretted it. Part number 12583857.

You will also want 8 flywheel to crank bolts, part number 11570626. If you order the DF & DFX Clutch Bolt Kit from CED, it's the same thing.

Meh...it's a pain in the ass without a lift. If you have 400 bucks sitting around just take it to a shop and let them pull their hair out; I can't really recommend anyone to take it except the performance shop called asap by ed (used to be called) in gibsonia...but even then he's always busy with cobras and probably won't want to touch it. The number is 412-492-7454. I really wouldn't recommend taking it to a chain tranny shop like gillece but they could probably do it with minimal **** up.
