Hey guys i found a smashed cobalt that im buying a lot of the black interior out of, and i decided to finally do the power windows and locks conversion. Im gonna try to post some pictures on how i do it, so keep an eye out for anyone looking to upgrade these crappy crank windows.

 

the good thing about the cobalt motors (or bad) is that the window motors are so lightweight (shitty) that a whole power window conversion wouldnt really add much weight. But the motors lift the coup windows soooooo slow.....

 

Thats ok. Ill just figure something out to put a better motor in or something. But for now, im just happy to not have to lean over to crank my window down. Updates coming tomorrow.
